WEBJun 5, 2023 · One property of natural numbers, integers, and rational numbers (also irrational numbers) is that for any three numbers a, b, and c with c ≠ 0, if a = b, then a / c = b / c. In other words, when two numbers are equal, then dividing both numbers by the same non-zero number, the two newly obtained numbers are also equal.
