Use two separate harnesses or a battery isolator or selector switch. Wire the batteries together in parallel: positive terminal to positive terminal, and negative to negative. This will give you 12 volts and the amp output will be the sum of the multiple batteries wired this way. Hook them together in parallel for more capacity. Connect the negative of one battery to the negative of the other battery using a battery cable. Then, connect the 2 positives together using another cable. This will double your total battery capacity without increasing your amps or volts.
