COLUMBUS, OH — Ohio's new COVID-19 cases are declining gradually, according to state health department data. In the past 24 hours, officials confirmed 1,011 new COVID-19 cases among Ohioans. That's fewer than Thursday's case tally and below the state's three-week average of 1,070 cases per day.
